I am a clinical psychologist in private practice in Stamford, CT.  I have over 25 years of experience, 3 graduate degrees and postdoctoral training (see below).

 

In addition to my broad academic background, my extensive training and personal experience in mindfulness therapy and meditation expand my skill level even further. These unique qualifications enable me to address a wide range of life challenges and customize treatment specifically to help you achieve your life's goals.
